WOOOOOO HOOOOOOO! Today is my 1 year quit smoking anniversary! I made a year without starting back up! Yep, I'll be honest, between November 15 2007 & January 1 2008 I did sneak a smoke, but it wasn't even a whole cigarette, I didn't like the taste! I am VERY proud of myself! Hmmmmm, wish I could have cake, but I can't.
Another good walk today, it was warm this morning but I made my 1.27 miles. Couldn't get that extra 1/2, maybe later today.
