I know all of you are tired about hearing about SparkPeople but I LOVE the site, they have helped me change how I eat, they have helped me LIKE exercise, I have read GREAT, informative articles, I have met friendly, warm, supportive people, I have won a couple prizes from the site and now I need your help.

I tried to help but since I am a member it will let me download the sample but wont give you credit for it :( I even tried logging out but it wouldnt work. I will try using my DH's computer tonight and see if it will give you credit for it. Good Luck :)
