I have a miserable sinus infection or a cold. Sneezing, blowing my nose, stuffy nose, achy, just blah.
It's 38C outside today, ewwwww. No walking today.
Gotta make my grocery list, DH has to go away next week, oh joy!
Last night I cooked a strip of beef originally bought for Chicken fried steak but I can't eat that stuff anymore so I just grilled it and made a bean salad. Thrilling meals lately-NOT!

Sorry you are feeling so cruddy. If you want to try something to make a tougher piece of meat tastier, try brining it. All you have to do is make a salt/water solution and let it soak for (up to) 24 hours. It makes the meat really tender and, while the brining doesn't change the flavor it makes it take seasoning really well.
